The NatBiome Speciality Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is exclusively dedicated to manufacture standardized herbal extracts, nutraceuticals and Cosmeceuticals products using nature friendly and stringent cGMP guidelines for plant operations, quality and safety.
The production plant is backed up by world class production/extraction facilities and quality control laboratory designed as per regulations of GMP (NSF), Halal, Kosher, ISO-9001 and GMP-WHO certifications. Being quality focused organization, our manufacturing facility strictly adhere to GMP guideline right from start to finished product with full traceability. Our professional and experienced team with advisory members of highly qualified professionals of the same field are capable of delivering products backed by scientific, pharmacological and safety studies. The laboratory facility is equipped with advanced instruments for latest methods of testing, precision and quality.
The annual capacity of a plant is 500MT. Crude herbs are initially washed/cleaned and tested for reliability towards the required quality standard. We are doing very selective extraction techniques suitably checked with concept of quality by design (QbD) considering type of plant materials and sensitivity of constituents, which take care of highly optimized flavor, odour and their stability. Dedicated Clean Room facility (class 10000) from Spray Dryer & Centrifuge to Final packaging and labeling.
Optimized process in line with (Quality by Design) approach for each product to assure most stable and consistent product.
These equipments ensure that the molecules of the herbs are intact and not decomposed. The concentrates are further dried with various sophisticated and advanced equipments like spray dryer, vacuum tray dryer and fluid bed dryer to ensure high batch to batch consistency. We manufacture with exceptional care to provide flowable finished powders of extracts which enables formulators with trouble free tableting and encapsulation. All raw materials, finished products are well tested for heavy metals, pesticides and residual solvents by ICP-MS, GC-MS and limits are ensured within regulated limits as per ICH guideline. All waste and disposal of plant materials and effluents are made eco friendly by treating them with in house Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
